Auggies is a family kitchen in the Barossa Valley. Each week we cook a rotating menu of ready-made meals from scratch, chill them and deliver them to your door, ready to heat. It’s your weekly meal prep done for you: honest, homemade meals with no shopping list, no chopping and hardly any dishes.
How our meal prep works
- Pick a bundle of 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 meals. The more meals you add, the better the per-meal price.
- Fill it from this week’s menu. Mix and match, double up on a favourite, or choose the chef’s choice mix and let us pick.
- Choose a delivery day. We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays; orders close at 3 pm the day before.
- Pay your way. Securely online by card (handled by Square), or choose pay on delivery.
- Heat and eat. Meals arrive chilled. Pop them in the fridge, then heat until steaming hot when you’re ready.

What’s on the menu
The menu changes every week, so there’s always something new in the fridge. Recent weeks have included a creamy coconut chicken and pumpkin curry with rice, Italian meatballs with sweet potato mash, a sweet potato beef chilli, honey mustard chicken roasted with potatoes and green beans, a cold satay chicken noodle bowl, and vegan favourites like a roasted vegetable ragu over penne and a roast pumpkin and lentil cottage pie.

We deliver meal prep right across the Barossa Valley for $5: Tanunda, Nuriootpa, Angaston, Lyndoch, Williamstown, Greenock, Seppeltsfield, Marananga, Eden Valley, Ebenezer, Light Pass, Moculta, Stockwell, Truro and Rowland Flat. Dietary needs
Vegan dishes are a regular part of our rotation, and some other dishes come with a vegan option. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs in the order notes. Our kitchen handles common allergens (including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame), so we can’t promise any dish is completely free of traces. If someone has a severe allergy, call us on 0406 288 148 before you book and we’ll talk it through honestly.

We’re a small family kitchen, so popular delivery days fill up. The order page shows which days are open. If your day is fully booked, pick another day or join the waitlist if it’s showing. And if we’re ever taking a short break from meal bundles, the order page will say so.

How much does meal prep cost per meal?
Our bundles are 4 meals for $55, 6 for $80, 8 for $105, 12 for $130 and 16 for $155 (as at October 2026), which works out between about $13.75 and $9.69 a meal. Delivery is $5 within the Barossa Valley and $15 outside the Barossa (Gawler / Northern Suburbs). The order page always has the current price.
Which days do you deliver meal prep?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays, with orders closing at 3 pm the day before. Days can book out, so the order page shows which days are open. If yours is full, pick another day or join the waitlist if it’s showing.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Fresh. We cook from scratch each week, chill the meals and deliver them ready to heat. They keep for a few days in the fridge, and you can freeze any you won’t get to. Our fridge and reheating guide has the detail.
