Auggie's Kitchen Barossa keeps things simple: we only collect the details we need to feed you, and we don't sell or trade them with anyone. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you place an order through the online order form, we ask for:

• Your name and phone number, so we can confirm the order
• Your delivery address, so we can bring it to you
• Your email address (optional), if you'd like confirmation in writing
• Your order details, preferred delivery date and payment preference
• Any dietary needs, allergies or notes you choose to tell us

If you call, email or message us on social media instead, we only have whatever you choose to share with us there.

Where it goes

Order form submissions are delivered by email to the kitchen's inbox so we can prepare and confirm your order. A backup copy is also delivered to our website administrator's inbox so that no order goes missing. The form is sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission in order to email it to us.

We use your details only to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. Dietary and allergy information is used solely to cook to suit. We never sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing lists.

Payment details

No payment is taken through this website. Nothing is charged until we've confirmed your order with you, and payment happens by bank transfer or on delivery — so this site never collects or stores card numbers or banking details.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set its own tracking cookies and doesn't run advertising trackers. A few things on the site are loaded from third parties, and those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

• An embedded Facebook page feed (Meta)
• An embedded Google Map of the Barossa Valley (Google)
• Web fonts served by Google Fonts (Google)

How long we keep it

Order emails are kept only as long as we need them to fulfil orders, handle any follow-up and keep basic business records. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

Under Australian privacy law you're welcome to ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us any time:
